In Step 1, you’ll find important information that is needed to become a successful Specialist. By knowing your custom landing page, learning the CLTV Program by mastering the guidelines and having a great idea of the questions on the application plays a key role in your success.

It is very important to follow each steps of the Training Site everyday!

Step 1a:

There are 3 steps that describes your main purpose as a Specialist. View these steps to your right.

These three steps are your main priority as a Specialist. We are going to call this your 3-Step Process.

Do your best to make this apart of your Daily Routine to do everyday in order to be successful.

 

Three Step Process 

1: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of PhoneOps CLTV Program through all Social Media Sites

2: Contacting Listing Agents in regards to their active listings to discuss ideas on how to get a buyer quicker by working with you

3: Fully understanding PhoneOps CLTV Program to enhance your marketing experience.

Step 1b:
Setting up your Voicemail

Since you are using your own dedicated phone line,  keep it professional is key.

The voicemail message to your right is an example of what your voicemail could say.

 

Voicemail Message

Hello, you reached Mrs. / Mr. (your first and last name) with PhoneOps Funding, LLC. I am currently unavailable assisting others.

Please leave your name, contact number, e-mail address and the nature of your call and I’ll respond within 12 hours.

 

Step 1c:
CLTV Program

As a Specialist, it is very important that you know and learn this program. Click the logo to your right to gain access to the CLTV Program. 

Watch the video, read the program details, click the Guideline logo to read the guidelines in detail. If you have any questions, feel free to let us know so we can assist.

Step 1d:
Custom Landing Page

Click the logo to your right to view how your custom landing page will look. You must click the play button in order for the video to play.

Your landing page has all the important information about this program along with an application for completion. Test your application by completing it yourself. That way, you’ll know what questions will be asked along with knowing the length of the application.

 

 

 

After completing the application, check your email as the application will go directly to you and our Processing Team. This is confirmation that when anyone completes the application, you will receive it too.

This will help when doing follow-up calls because if someone say they will complete the application on Tuesday and it’s now Wednesday, you can call and tell that person that their application wasn’t received and to ask if they can complete the application while on the phone to make sure they submit it this time.

Step 1e:
CRM System

It is very important to have a CRM system in place in order to stay organized and to improve relationships with potential Landlords and Listing Agents.

Click the logo to your right to view the Top 10 CRMs. View the list and select the best CRM that fits you. Most offer free CRM, some offer free trials to test them out or you can have a paid plan, you decide.

Having a CRM provides automated time-consuming tasks and manages leads, opportunities, events, cases, products and services in one place. It also provides accurate reporting and analytics to measure the effectiveness of your marketing efforts.

Step 1f:
Company E-mail Account

Click the logo to your right to gain access to the login page. Once you receive your company email address, enter that into the email address box then the default password: P1594495177 then click Log In to gain access to your company email.

Your current email address will be cc’d on all incoming e-mails as your PhoneOps E-mail space is limited. You are required to check your account everyday throughout the day and delete messages in your Inbox as well as your Sent folder to keep storage available. Remember to include your PhoneOps E-mail on all marketing materials.

Step 1g:
Follow-Up Calls & Emails

It is very important to do follow-up calls along with responding to emails EVERYDAY! It is very important to stay in contact with each person that called, left a message and emailed you as you don’t want to lose that person as a potential client.

PhoneOps also want to keep a HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE RECORD so remember to keep in contact with each Potential Client, returning calls & responding to emails on a daily basis!

Recruiting

You have the option to recruit Specialists to do the same thing you are doing. We have many Specialists that recruited their mom, dad, sister, brother, cousin, friend, neighbor, etc. You can keep it fun and creative by building a team of your own and recruit as many people as you see fit.

Compensation: You are paid 5 Basis Points (0.05% off) of each Specialist’s closed loan. This is Residual Income to you so every time your recruited Specialist get a check, you get a check.

 

Above, you’ll see a PayScale breakdown based off of 1 Specialist’s closed loan. Imagine you recruited 10 Specialists or even 100 Specialists and they all closed 1 loan in any given month? Your compensation would be enormous.
