PAYSCALE:
1st Compensation: PayScale is based on per loan closed at 1% of the 1st lien loan amount and you will never have to work a file, THIS IS BIG! PhoneOps trained Processors will work your client’s files from begining to end.
The Payscale Scenario to your right is an example of 1 loan closing. If the 1st lien loan amount is $1,875,000, you are paid $18,750. So imagine closing 2 loans or 7 loans per month.
2nd Compensation:Receive 0.10% of all successfully funded 1st lien loans originated by your direct recruits. There's no limit on how many you can bring on board; collect Residual Income every month as long as they are still on PhoneOps payroll. This additional income is Mind-Blowing.
Each Paycheck you get would be a minimum of $10,000! Very High-End Opportunity!
Landing Page
As a Specialist, you will have a Custom Landing Page that includes an application for completion. Each completed application will go directly to your email address so you'll always know who applied and who didn’t.
Company Email
You will be assigned to a Company Email; it will be official then that you are a Direct Private Lender. All emails from your company email will be forward to your regular email so you will not miss any emails.
Business Cards
You'll receive business cards that include your new company email and your custom landing page along with your direct contact number of your choice to get you up and running. Business cards go a long way when networking.
